1. No smoking in the home.
2. Check-out is at 11am.
3. No party in da house!
4. Please report damages immediately.
5. Take out trash.
6. Please upon check-out make sure the home is in the state you found it. The cleaning fee set is only meant to cover standard cleaning and not excessive or deep cleaning.
7. Be respectful.
8. Visitors / extra unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight, without prior notice and payment of the agreed fee.
9. Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property.
10. Please turn off the AC when you go out.
11. No candles.
12. Please don't eat or drink in the bedrooms.
13. Take extra care of your key. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
14. Fresh linens and towels every three days, if you wish so. Please, inform us accordingly, so we can enter the property.
15. Please, don't rearrange the furniture.
16. The most important rule - Enjoy your stay!
When you arrive I will greet you myself, hand over keys and answer any questions you might have. While you will have your own secluded space, with your own private entrance, I also live on the property. Hence, feel free to ask me anything.
